POPULAR QUESTIONS

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know by emailing sales@redzonecases.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

If you're Canadian and opted for Standard non-tracked shipping, you'll still receive a shipping confirmation email.

We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them. You have 14 days to reach out to us from the date of delivery. If 14 days has gone by, we unfortunately can't process a return/exchange.

We stand by the quality of our products. All Redzone Cases are warranted against manufacturing defects for a full year. This does not include scratches or wear from normal use.  If you have any issues, please email us at sales@redzonecases.com and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

ORDERS

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at sales@redzonecases.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

Sorry! At this point in time our manufacturing process does not allow for custom orders. What you see on our site is what is available. You can however request a player, the best way to do this is commenting on one of our social media accounts.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

Your order was never actually placed and processed. You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email our customer service department:

Shipping

Redzone Cases typically ship in 2-4 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

American customers can expect their order to arrive in 2-5 Business days once shipped.

Canadians can expect it to arrive in 2-14 days if you selected Standard Non-tracked Shipping. We do have other options such as Xpressport and Expedited which typically arrived in 2-4 and 2-6 days.

Orders below that threshold will be $4.99.

We do have multiple shipping options such as Xpressport and Expedited for Canadians. Please add the item to your cart for the price of those as it varies province to province.
