We now offer free shipping for all orders over $24.99 within Canada & U.S.A. Orders that are below that threshold will be charged $4.99.

If you happen to be ordering from another country, please add the item to the cart and it'll then tell you how much shipping is.

Once your order is placed, and processed, you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched. This will contain your order ID number, the shipping method you have selected, and the items you have ordered. Although most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, please give us at least 5 business days to get the order ship.

Once the item is shipped, orders will arrive in 3-5 Business Days for USA & typically 4-7 Business Days for Canada but may be upwards of two weeks for west coast customers.

Let me guess, you're Canadian?

Unfortunately we don't have tracking for Canadian customers but let me explain why. Sadly, Canada Post doesn't really give many options to small businesses especially ones in our product cost range. I'm sure you don't want to pay for the case just to find out shipping is almost just as much.

The cheapest to ship anything, even if it's down your street with tracking is around $13. Now imagine if you're purchasing from another province. Shipping with tracking can be anywhere from $13-22, that is not a cost we wanna charge our loyal customers.

The only way we can provide shipping as little as $2.99 or even Free for some cases is shipping it via Letter mail. Yes, it may take a couple extra days and no, you can't track it but we will do everything in our power to make sure you get it.

We understand that you might not be home to sign or collect your parcel and a signature may not always be required for delivery. If this is the case, the couriers may leave your parcel in a safe and secure mailbox or they will simply leave a calling card. The calling card will include details of your package, which will inform you that your parcel has been returned back to your local depot, upon which you will then be able to contact them to arrange collection or to reschedule a new delivery date.

We do! We realize sports fans aren't just North American based so we do offer international shipping. 

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately with the subject as "WRONG ADDRESS".In most cases we can change it if the case hasn't been shipped out yet. 

If the case has been shipped already and the wrong address has been entered, we're not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order. 

We accept payment for your order from the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express.

We also accept payment through PayPal, instore Gift Cards and supplied Coupon Credit codes.

You can be assured that shopping with Redzone Cases is completely safe! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and any other critically sensitive information you provide us with like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer or electronic device and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will be redirected to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order ID number. This information will also be emailed to you. This email may take up to 30 minutes to be received in your inbox, please check your spam folder to ensure your conformation email hasn’t been sent there instead. 

Once our team at our warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a secondary email to let you know that your order has been shipped. Once again, if an email does not appear to have been received, please check your spam folder.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong case, please fill out the form below within 7 Days of the date it was delivered. We are not responsible for any shipping charges that incur shipping the case back to us nor do we refund the shipping cost that was previously charged. 

Please re-order the case online as soon as possible so we can get the proper case sent out to you right away. Once we receive the case and expect it, you'll be refunded the product cost.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. Please make sure to return your item(s) within that timeframe or we will be unable to offer you a refund. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refund.

To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned package and that your refund has been either approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have not received a refund after a reasonable amount of days have passed, please make sure to double check your bank account before proceeding. If the payment still appears to be missing, contact your credit card company and/or your bank for more information. Processing times can fluctuate and some refunds take some time before they are officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
